Kedarnath Dham is located in Uttarakhand, known as “Dev Bhoomi,” at a height of 3583m (11,755 feet) in the Garhwal Himalayas. It is believed that the Hindu sage Adi Shankaracharya built the temple in the 8th century.
Besides being one of the Chardham Kedarnath Temple is also one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Mahadev. According to Hindu mythology, the Pandavas built the Kedarnath temple to seek forgiveness from Lord Mahadev for their sins. It is said that when Lord Mahadev tried to avoid meeting the Pandavas, he transformed into a bull and tried to leave.
Bheem, one of the Pandavas, tried to stop the bull, but Lord Mahadev disappeared, leaving behind his hump, which became the Kedarnath temple.
Badrinath Temple is a famous Hindu temple located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, India. Situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters (10,279 feet) in the Garhwal Himalayas, it is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

On Day 1, you will head from Dehradun to Kedarnath and Badrinath after breakfast in the hotel; you have to reach the Sehastradhara helipad on reporting time. We can give you some guidelines regarding the Do Dham yatra by Helicopter and a brochure in which places with time are mentioned. Then, you will fly to Badrinath and Kedarnath.
Our handler will take you to the Sehastradhara Helipad from the hotel after having breakfast. From there, you will be taken to Sirsi helipad, and you have to wait for almost half an hour or 1 hour due to Shuttle slots and adverse climatic conditions. En route, you will see a magnificent view of the Himalayas and lush green trees from above. Meanwhile, while you will be lost in the divine beauty of this place, we will reach the Kedarnath helipad from Sirsi helipad.
Kedarnath temple is almost 500 meters away and 15- minutes of walking distance. You can go to Kedarnath by pith or pony or walk from the Kedarnath helipad to Kedarnath temple. You will get almost 2 hours for VIP Darshan and Jal Abhishek at Kedarnath temple; we will provide this facility.
After darshan at Kedarnath temple, you will go back to the Kedarnath and helipad, and from there, we will go to the land of Vishnu, Badrinath Dham.
The second half of your Do Dham yatra by helicopter will start when you leave for Badrinath Dham from Kedarnath Dham. After arriving at Badrinath Dham, You will have lunch at the hotel and head for Darshan at Badrinath temple. Any type of flying is challenging in mountainous areas, sometimes in case of bad weather, busy air traffic, and passenger illness, the helicopter may be delayed or other unforeseen events may also occur, so passengers should be prepared for any such situation. Although adequate safety gear is provided by the crew, the passengers will have to keep their preparations complete.
